About Bharat: Bharat is the hired rickshaw driver who transports all of our kids to and from their schools, which means that every day he very dutifully shows up at our house three separate times to pick them up (beginning at the crack of dawn!), and two separate times to drop them off. Although nobody could ever truly replace Azam (our first, much beloved rickshaw driver), the kids have grown to really like Bharat, and he has developed a soft spot for them too, even going out of his way to attend their school functions and performances with his wife and child. Bharat is just one of the many indispensable people who help keep the home running, and we're always appreciative of his hard work and promptness!
