About Geeta:
Geeta is a head-strong, gregarious girl who enjoys drawing, working with her hands, and keeping the boys in their place. She is quick to make friends and likes to share funny anecdotes from school. Geeta loves going to the dentist, often accompanying the new children on their first visits, and she is contemplating a career in dental medicine when she grows up. She also frequently plays "Orphanage Didi" (instead of playing "House," our kids play "Orphanage") with the other children, and has said that if she doesn't become a dentist, she may want to be a social worker and run her own home for children. She tries very hard with her schoolwork and has made immense progress since she first came to the home. Her good humor (with a touch of sass) makes her always fun to be around, and never leaves us with a dull moment around the house.
